Volunteerism and proactive involvement by our bankers in all our markets are encouraged and rewarded. One of the most prestigious internal awards we bestow on a local Peoples Bank and its bankers is the Nancy M. Winter Community Service Award to recognize outstanding volunteer efforts and contributions within the local community.

Another example of our passion for others is the Peoples Partner Program, providing funding for local philanthropic organizations. Multi-year commitments from Peoples Bank are awarded to deserving groups that enhance the lives of those within the community. Our emphasis has been on helping "at-risk" children and young people but we also are involved in numerous other initiatives.

While we may not be able to "save the world" we will always do our part to help others in need.
